MAIN:

A traditional Christmas medley roast

Roast Lamb, Turkey & Christmas Ham with a selection of roasted vegetables served with condiments

 

[Option 2]

Seafood

Tasmanian Salmon with lemon and garlic butter sauce topped with prawns served a selection of roasted vegetables served with condiments.

 

[Option 3]  

Turkey & Christmas Ham

with a selection of roasted vegetables served with condiments

 

DESSERT:

  1. Traditional plum pudding served with a brandy custard

  2. Crisp meringue nests filled with fresh seasonal fruit salad and Chantilly cream

  3. A warm house made sticky date pudding served with butterscotch sauce and ice-cream

     

 

COLD MEAT SALAD BUFFET:

$45 PER PERSON

(Minimum 50 people)

 

Cold meat includes:    Ham, Chicken, Pickled Pork, Turkey

Salad:     Waldorf Salad, Potato Salad, Garden Salad, Coleslaw, Pasta Salad,

               Add Seafood Salad extra $5 per person

Sweet:    Pavlova roulade and cheesecake

 

FINGER FOOD MENU                                                               

Grazing Tables $20 Per Person Minimum Numbers 25 people                                                                  








The following Hot Foods can be added to the Grazing Table.                           

The minimum courses to be added is 4 choices the maximum is 8 choices.

Each course added is $5 per choice. Hot Food choices that don’t include the Grazing Table will increase by $2 per choice to $6.

Gluten free & vegetarian selections can be organised on request with notice. Please notify staff of final numbers two weeks prior to the night of your event and of any / all special dietary requirement. Please be prepared to pay a 20% deposit after your menu selections.

Alternative choices can be added if you have favourites you may want to add.
